Role
As an Founding Agentic Applied Researcher, you'll build the brains behind our automated game creation workflow, designing advanced AI agents that can turn a few prompts into fully playable 3D games.
You'll work at the frontier of agentic workflows, LLMs, tool use, and planning systems. You'll create multi-agent systems that reason, plan, and build games autonomously, from asset generation to logic scripting and scene design.
This role is for someone who thrives in uncharted territory, loves prototyping fast, and is excited to ship real, creative applications of AI that users interact with daily.
What you'll do
- •Design and implement agents that generate entire games using internal + external AI models
- •Combine LLMs, multi-modal models, memory, tools, and planning into high-performance agentic loops
- •Rapidly prototype workflows that go from text/sketch → world → gameplay
- •Work closely with the engineering and product teams to turn R&D into production
- •Explore and push the limits of what's possible with current and upcoming frontier models
You might be a fit if...
- •You've built or researched agentic workflows (LLM-based, multi-step, tool-using, memory-integrated)
- •Your workflow is already AI-augmented
- •You've shipped prototypes or production systems using open-source LLMs or OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- •You love making agents do things in the real world, not just benchmarks
- •You're comfortable jumping between research, prompt engineering, APIs, and product integration
- •You care deeply about speed of iteration and creativity as core to intelligence
Bonus: Experience with game logic, scene understanding, asset workflows, or multi-agent systems
